Better fly fisherman as well as instructor of SIM since '93, Magliocco, born in Rome. He usually fish in streams Apennines of central Italy where the best fishing results are certainly not the result of chance but a very good knowledge places and a certain mastery of the launch. The book comes with a wealth of technical fly fishing in the river, this wild environment, confusing and difficult to interpret, however, full of fascination for him who knows how to interpret, read and understand. The text differs from the rest of the literature written to date as usual is not another book on fly fishing as it may seem at first glance, is simply the most detailed analysis of fly fishing with the "Dry Fly," and a great compendium of technical applications where the neophyte, but even the most experienced fisherman can find answers to many doubts and why. The author in addressing the various chapters provides the reader a wealth of experience gained over many years of fishing in these areas where the technical detail, often unknown or ignored, and the correct interpretation of geometric lines that form the many current they still make the difference. The book has 127 pages full of beautiful and meaningful photographs and covers eight distinct chapters that explain in a clear, simple and detailed A to Z of all that is fly fishing with dry: the difference between river and stream flows on the geometry, the choice of the barrel, the final of the fly, the various tactics and numerous dynamic launch to use in these harsh environment. In order to better understand the dynamics of the reader, in photographs, the author has deliberately shown the red piping also, if the read-only has failed to fully understand the technical language used, the text was complemented by a VHS tape the length of about 50 minutes where the author of "torent & Dry Fly" incorporates the themes on the text by putting them into practice in an exemplary way in dispelling any remaining doubts as to the reader. One could say without a doubt, that the videotape with the first work got completed or the total was put the icing on the cake. The text, as well as enrich our library with a work that will surely reflect and speak at length about whether the subject matter, is also a great way that allows us to steal excellent and important tips on how to address the stream its currents, trout, flies to use, but above all learn to respect the river as a whole, the latter element is often wrongly considered minor.
