2. MODIFICATION OF TERMS. This Agreement may be amended at any time. Any change will be effective immediately after the statement of the amended. 3. ORDERS / CONTRACT. Orders are accepted via the Internet. The Customer undertakes to promptly notify in writing any operator error found by checking the Order Confirmation. Unlike the information contained in the order confirmation will be applied to the Contract. The operator will at its own discretion the right to accept or reject the order and process on time. Any verbal agreement still not reported on the company for the operator is null. Failure to comply with the conditions of use exposes you to the actions that the operator can take to protect their interests.
4. NATURE OF THE PROPERTY. Goods for sale are those described in the pages of edizioninuma.com where the product name and any description containing the essential characteristics of property.
5. AVAILABILITY. All products are available for sale. Where the asset is not available, and are not readily available raw materials for production, the customer will be informed via email.
6. PRICES. All prices are clearly listed on the site http://edizioninuma.com, are expressed in Euro (VAT included). The price of the product plus any shipping and handling, the amount of which varies according to the amount of spending. The price, features and product availability may change without notice. Prices are always subject to possible changes in tax regimes.
7. METHOD OF PAYMENT. Payments from abroad can be made exclusively through PayPal. All the information needed to make the payment will be indicated in the confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. According to D. lgs. 22/05/1999 No 185, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal no later than 10 working days of receipt of goods, through registered letter AR addressed to the registered office of the operator.
Goods must be returned intact operator, in undisturbed conditions and complete the original packaging at the expense of the Customer not later than 15 days of receiving notification of the Code of return authorized by the Customer. The operator will charge back the sums paid within a maximum of 30 days from the date it first became aware of the right of withdrawal, making the transfer of the payment previously received. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to specifications or clearly personalized or which by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
10. JURISDICTION. Any dispute will be referred to the Court of Rome (Italy).
